2017 Fall Prospective Student Open House Registration Form

Come visit us for the Spring Prospective Student Open House and be our guest for the Ministry of Writing Colloquium. The Open House runs from 8am-5pm on Friday, November 3rd, at ESR's campus in Richmond, Indiana. If you are exploring Master of Arts in Religion, Master of Divinity, or Certificate programs you will not want to miss this great event. The visit day schedule will include a campus tour, sample classes, worship, information about programs and financial aid, and time with current students and faculty. Two free nights of accommodations will be provided for you and one guest, and ESR will also cover the registration for our Ministry of Writing Colloquium on November 3rd-4th.

Lodging
ESR will provide housing for you and one other person for up to two nights. We can arrange for a third night of housing in the same location, which will be billed directly to you. Housing will be provided at local guesthouses, potentially including Quaker Hill Conference Center and The Lauramoore Guesthouse and Retreat Center. We will be in touch about more specific details about where you will be staying closer to the date. All of these include a private bedroom and a communal bathroom. Fees for additional nights may vary, but usually run $50 for an individual or $75 for two - please inquire for more details.

A gift of free admission is provided for those prospective students wishing to attend the Ministry of Writing Colloquium, November 3-4, 2017. Guests accompanying you may also choose to attend and pay the registration fee. Dinner on Friday is on your own.
