ESR Receives Technology Grant
Earlham School of Religion is pleased to share that a grant in the amount of $10,000 has been awarded to the school from The InTrust Center for Theological Schools to invest in technology upgrades to the campus, specifically Quigg Worship Room.
Demands for technological support within worship activities have evolved since the construction of the ESR classroom building in 1987. This grant funding will allow for improved audio quality in the room, make available the needed technology for visual worship aids, and improve the recording and webcasting of services and events.
"This generous InTrust Resource Grant gives ESR the opportunity to double the impact of our investment in needed technology upgrades for Quigg Worship Room - one of the most important spaces on our campus," shared ESR Acting Dean Matt Hisrich.
"It will allow us to better meet the needs of those on campus for regular services and events, as well as those joining us from a distance through live and recorded video. It is one of the many positive legacies our former Dean Jay Marshall left ESR."
We look forward to sharing how these funds will improve worship and community life at ESR in the coming months!
