Rivers of Life

Many Friends were unable to attend the Quaker Leadership Conference in April but wanted an opportunity to hear ideas, make new connections, and worship together. Our response is to offer an online version of the conference. And on the weekend of World Quaker Day!

We will have times of waiting worship, worship through song, and some reflections from Andy and Della. The core of the conference will be the “stream studies” offered by eight different Friends who provide insights into the future of Friends and propose pathways to life-giving ministry. After these presentations, we will have a time of silent reflection followed by questions and conversations. These presentations will be the same ones presented at the in-person conference, with a couple new ones mixed in.

We anticipate a generative time of new ideas, new connections, and rich worship across Quaker streams. Join us as we explore Rivers of Life among Friends and discern vital futures for ourselves as individuals, meetings, churches, and organizations.
